Refund Policy

Because Billionaire Sharks Club delivers digital content, refunds are limited. This policy explains exactly when refunds may be granted.

1. Digital Products

All digital products — courses, blueprints, videos, downloadable PDFs, and locked vault content — are final sale once accessed or downloaded. Because the content cannot be returned, no refunds are issued after delivery.

2. 7-Day Refund Window (Unaccessed Content)

If you have not yet accessed, viewed, or downloaded the purchased content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us. Once content has been accessed, this window no longer applies.

3. Physical Merchandise

Apparel and physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition, for a refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable). The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

Paid memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — already-paid periods are not refunded on a pro-rata basis unless required by your local consumer law.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access. Please reach out — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a chargeback.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@billionairesharksclub.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Crypto Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to network volatility and the irreversibility of blockchain transactions. Please review your order carefully before paying with crypto.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
